Park Place HOA Governance Documents
 

Once you purchase property in Park Place, you also become part of  the Park Place Homeowner Association (PPHOA). Our HOA is a legal non-profit entity filed with the state of Texas that is responsible for managing and maintaining the assets of the community (i.e., the appearance of the homes and properties, as well as all of the common areas within the  neighborhood). When you close on your property, you enter an explicit agreement that you will follow the PPHOA’s governing documents. The PPHOA Governing Documents include the HOA Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (CCR&Es), the HOA Bylaws, and the HOA's Rules & Regulations.
